Welcome to ContentCraft AI.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and services provided by ContentCraft AI (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
1. Using Our Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
• upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• attempt to hack, disrupt, scan, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• distribute malware, spam, or malicious code
• abuse promotional programs, referral systems, or free trial usage
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
2. Your Account
Certain features of the Services require account registration.
You agree to:
• provide accurate and up-to-date information
• keep your login credentials secure
• be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or pose security risks.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text, graphics, algorithms, trademarks, and other platform materials are owned by ContentCraft AIor its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
• copy or reproduce the platform
• resell or distribute the Services
• create derivative works from the platform
• use the Services to build competing products
without our prior written permission.
4. User-Generated Content
Our Services may allow you to submit prompts, input text, or other materials (“User Content”).
You confirm that:
• your User Content complies with applicable laws
• your User Content does not infringe third-party rights
• you are responsible for all content you submit
By submitting User Content, you grant ContentCraft AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
We will not use private user content for marketing purposes without your consent.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Services generate outputs using artificial intelligence technologies.
AI-generated content:
• may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
• may resemble existing content
• should be reviewed before use
ContentCraft AI does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated outputs.
Users are responsible for how generated content is used.
6. Free Trial Creditsontent
New users may receive a limited number of free trial credits, for example the equivalent of up to 3,000 characters of generated content, in order to evaluate the Services.
Free trial credits:
• have no monetary value
• cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
• may expire after a specified period
• may be limited to specific features or usage
• may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time
ContentCraft AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to abuse free trial credits, including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional credits.
Credits represent internal service usage units only and do not constitute stored value, electronic money, or financial instruments.
7. Payments
Some features of the Services require payment.
Prices are displayed at checkout (usually in EUR) and must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes may be applied depending on your location.
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access or suspension of the Services.
We may update pricing for future purchases, but completed transactions will not be affected.
8. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds may be considered if:
• the service was not delivered
• a technical issue prevented access to the service
• a duplicate charge occurred
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
For digital services delivered immediately at the user's request, the statutory EU 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once service delivery begins, where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate external services.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• you violate these Terms
• your activity creates security or legal risks
• the platform is misused
Termination does not affect obligations that have already arisen (such as outstanding payments).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentCraft AI disclaims all warranties, including:
• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• uninterrupted or error-free operation
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentCraft AI shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits
• loss of data
• loss of business opportunities
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Courts in the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Age Requirement
The Services are intended for adults.
By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with verifiable parental or guardian consent where permitted by law.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Services.
